We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the functionality and operation of the website, security, communication, or the tasks of the association’s activities. We observe the principles of data minimisation and proportionality.

- Communication data , if you contact us by email (e.g. email address, content, metadata)
- Internal statistics data (e.g. page path and referrer), insofar as the internal statistics function is used
- Data related to third-party providers , insofar as external services/resources are used (e.g. fonts, libraries, search console)
4. Purposes of Data Processing
- Operation, stability, IT security, and error analysis of the website
- Communication and responding to enquiries
- Technical optimisation of the website (internal evaluations)
- Monitoring visibility/indexing in search engines (Google Search Console)
5. Hosting / Data Processing by Processors
This website is operated via an external hosting / website builder service (Infomaniak Site Creator). Technically necessary data (e.g. server logs) may be processed as part of hosting.
6. Server Log Files
When visiting the website, technical data is automatically recorded in server log files. This data is processed to ensure the operation, stability, and security of the website and is retained only for a limited period.
7. Internal Statistics (Technical Evaluation)
For technical evaluation, an internal statistics function may be used (e.g. a POST transmission of page path and referrer to
index.php
).
This is used exclusively for technical improvement and error analysis.

personal profiles

no advertising tracking

8. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process your details (e.g. email address, message) exclusively for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Data is only disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for processing or required by law.
9. Support Contributions / Donations
Currently:
Support contributions are processed via bank transfer / e-banking. Data processed in this context is used for allocation and accounting.
In the future:
If additional payment providers are used (e.g. TWINT, RaiseNow, PayPal), data processing will primarily be governed by the privacy policies of those providers;
we process only the data required for allocation and accounting.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies (e.g. for session / security purposes). We do not use personalised advertising cookies and no tracking pixels for marketing purposes.

External resources are loaded for the operation and display of the website, in particular:

12. External Services (Google Search Console)
We use Google Search Console for technical monitoring of indexing and performance in Google search results. In this context, technical information (e.g. search queries in aggregated form, click / impression data, crawling status) is transmitted to Google. No personal profiling or personalised advertising tracking is carried out for this purpose.
Note: Google Analytics is not used. Google Translate is currently disabled and not in use.
13. Recipients / Categories of Recipients
- Hosting / website builder providers (technical processing)
- CDN / resource providers (e.g. Infomaniak CDN, font providers)
- Google (within the framework of Google Search Console)
- internal association bodies (processing / allocation)
- payment providers (bank; possibly additional services in the future)
14. Retention Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or due to statutory retention obligations.
15. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access (e.g. access restrictions, secure configuration within the available possibilities).

Within the scope of the applicable data protection law, you may in particular request: information about the data processed, correction of inaccurate data,
deletion (insofar as no statutory retention obligations prevent this), and objection to processing, where applicable.
